Anchor Care Centre of Excellence

The Anchor Care Centre of Excellence (ACCE) was developed in 2006 and consolidates Anchor Care's co-ordination, administration and training for the London area. 

Home Care managers are based in the community, linked to our office in Sutton by mobile technology. Administrative staff schedule in appointments and staff supervision and appraisals and respond to client enquiries. By taking Home Care Managers out of the office, they are more readily on hand to support care staff and respond to client's needs.

London staff are trained at Anchor's office in Bedford Street, central London. Staff can receive regulatory training along with additional courses such as palliative and dementia care. A learning and development centre has been created for our care staff where they can come to learn, share new skills and build on their existing experience.
